The consulting services will include scoping of the project, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting with local and state agencies, bidding assistance, construction administration, project closeout, and post-occupancy problem solving. All inquiries/questions regarding this RFQ must be directed to Michael Jaycocks by e-mail (see 4.2) and must reach his office by Friday, 12:00 noon, January 27, 2023 [at least fourteen days before the Qualifications submittal due date] in order to be considered for a response. Recreation Department no later than Friday, 12:00 noon, February 10, 2023 . Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered.
