Steel Skidded with Transport Tie Downsiii. Commercial Carpet, Wood Paneling, and Painted Drywall Ceilingiv. White Steel Siding, Black Flashing, and EPDM Roofingv. Fiberglass Insulation;a. Walls – R13b. Floor & Ceiling – R25vi. 36” Insulated Metal Door with Relight vii. 42”x48” Double pane Thermopane Sliding Vinyl Window with Blindsviii. NEC Approved Electrical System:a. Electrical Service: Square D QO 240V 1P3W Exterior Disconnectb. 4000-Watt Heaters, 4’ Light Fixtures, and 20A Receptaclesc. Surface Mount Conduit with XHHW WireFunds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting
