The OSC is seeking a vendor with deep expertise in developing modern Total Rewards strategies that support attraction and retention of a multi-generational workforce, with diverse skills and knowledge to support the achievement of a broad mandate. The total rewards strategy should identify programs that act as key drivers for talent attraction and retention, ensuring we have the talent the OSC needs now and in the future to deliver on the organization’s mandate. The vendor must also have deep expertise in designing compensation plans, inclusive of a compensation philosophy, a job grade structure, a base salary and bonus structure, and a job evaluation tool. The vendor must demonstrate an ability to design a compensation framework that effectively achieves talent attraction and retention objectives, in a public sector organization that recruits predominantly from the private sector.
