Brand Love Research and Measurement Framework Project Description :The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for a research contractor who can design and build a research measurement framework that provides and monitors a holistic understanding of emotional brand love on travel to and within Canada throughout the consumer journey.
