Addendum No. 2 Issued November 1, 2023: Note that MBID Attribute No. 15. Past Usage, has been modified to read, “Past usage for the six (6) year Contract has been $2,000,000 yearly.” Note that this is a six (6) year Contract not a five (5) year Contract as initially stated in MBID Attribute No. 15. Past Usage.” For the time period of the Contract, Responders should refer to MBID Attribute No. 12 Time Period of the Contract – Fixed, which states that the initial period of the Contract is thirty (36) months, commencing on July 1, 2024 and running through June 30, 2027. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.
