Study work will likely require the inclusion and coordination of additional professional consultant team members such as architects, landscape architects, environmental graphic designers, public engagement consultants, and real estate professionals. All professional consultant design services for the Feasibility Study shall be prepared in compliance with Ohio Department of Transportation Project Development Process, (ODOT-PDP), for the preliminary engineering and development of design alternatives for daily and event-oriented pedestrian prioritized streetscape improvements along Central

Parkway from 12th Street to Liberty Street in compliance with Complete Street best practices. Additionally, City of Cincinnati is seeking the development, performance, and completion of a Public Engagement Plan as part of the Feasibility Study in coordination with the design services in compliance with Ohio Department of Transportation National Environmental Policy Act, (ODOT-NEPA), standards to convey the project purpose and need, to present proposed design alternatives, and to receive and incorporate input for the purpose of obtaining community consensus approval for a Preferred Alternative Design Plan.
