THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bid for an Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The project will be located at VA Northern California Healthcare System, 10535 Hospital Way Mather CA 95655. The general intent for this project is provide and install new fire alarm in Building 722. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, and the small business size standard is $15M. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and will be a total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Description of Services The scope will include providing all materials, labor and supervision needed to perform replacement and installation as required by this scope and the technical specifications.
