Respondents will not be paid or reimbursed for any information provided to the Government in response to this notice.The United States Department of State, Foreign Service Institute (FSI), is considering its options with respect to updating or replacing the existing Student Information System (SIS), referred to as the "Student Training Management System (STMS)," at FSI. The Institute is considering a new Student Information System (SIS) using a cloud-based commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software application. Any new SIS (cloud-based COTS package) will need to offer a single, modern, centralized, customer-focused, cloud-based training management solution that will assist the Institute in the management of training engagements and logistics data in a more efficient and effective manner than the current system, STMS.Please see requirement set forth in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and RFI
