Procurement Agreement for New Brunswick and Quebec The work is to be completed 110 calendar days from the start of construction, but no later than October 15, 2024. A bid bond or certified cheque payable to the City of Saint John in the amount of ten percent of the tender price must accompany each tender. Payment of $50.00(non-refundable) is to be made through the City’s Customer Service Area (City Hall) or by contacting (506) 658-4455 (Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 6:00pm).
