Solicitation Reference #: S-1118 DMS-23Title: FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET)Available Date: 1/19/2023Due Date: 4/13/2023 2:00:00 PMBid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking proposals to administer the FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) Program to FoodShare recipients and intends to use the results of this process to award one (1) Contract for each of the eleven (11) FSET regions. FSET is an employment and training program designed to provide FoodShare recipients with free assistance and support necessary to obtain competitive employment. FSET also provides one (1) option by which Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD) may meet the work requirement necessary to maintain eligibility for FoodShare. The program strives to identify the strengths, needs, and preferences of job seekers and offers individualized services to improve job-seeking skills and increase employment opportunities.
