The TRC is seeking innovative proposals from experienced real estate developers and other organizations for the purchase and development of a 0.551 acre property located at 1312 N. 3rd Street, Temple, Texas. There
is an existing 1,380 square feet building and a 660 square feet canopy located on this site that provides an excellent opportunity for redevelopment into a restaurant, bodega, or retail use. This property is situated in an area that is close to multiple private businesses and public services. The area offers close proximity to Interstate 35 and Downtown Temple. Proposals will be considered for projects that may include retail and restaurant uses that meets the intent of the development package or a combination thereof. Developers are encouraged to be creative in their submissions. The TRC seeks a developer who can create an economically vibrant, distinctive project that includes retail and restaurant uses and takes advantage of the surrounding commercial, educational, and cultural resources.
