RFP 21-010 ADA Paratransit Eligibility Assessment Services Only Manual Bids Allowed

Notice Summary
SAMTD dba "Cherriots", is soliciting Proposals to provide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Complementary Paratransit Eligibility Certification Evaluation Services. These services will include virtual and in-person interviews and assessments for the purposes of making eligibility recommendations for those seeking ADA eligibility and paratransit services. The successful contractor will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and carrying out procedures for the processing and certification of new applications for ADA paratransit eligibility, along with recertification applications during the resultant contract period. Cherriots provides fixed route and complementary paratransit transportation services within the Salem-Keizer urban growth boundary (UGB). The ADA of 1990 established categories of persons who are eligible to receive paratransit services complementary to fixed route bus services.
A resultant contract will include the scope of services and specifications and all work as identified in PART 2 of this solicitation.

Successful Proposer shall be licensed by the State of Oregon to do the work required under this contract.

Successful Proposer shall obtain and maintain in current status all applicable permits and licenses.
