The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 is seeking to procure snow and ice removal services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will begin on 01-21-2020 following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: As per SOW Place of Performance Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center 1700 South Lincoln Avenue Lebanon, PA 17042 Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included in this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services within this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4231, Revision Number 10, dated 12-23-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
