Dewatering Improvements Project - Planning Phase

EBMUD is soliciting proposals for Engineering Consultant Services for the Dewatering Improvements Project - Planning Phase. This project will determine a long-term solution for the Main Wastewater Treatment Plant dewatering facility that improves process reliability, performance, and capacity, while addressing aging infrastructure and improving seismic performance and resilience. Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Completed proposal must be submitted by electronic mail. Email the Proposal to Kevin Jim at: kevin.jim@ebmud.com with the Proposer's firm and "Proposal for Dewatering RFP" in the subject line. The Proposer may include a link to the attachments too large to be shared by email (over 20 MB). The RFP provides guidelines on how to submit a proposal. An optional Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, via video conference on MS teams. RSVP to the Proposal Conference by emailing kevin.jim@ebmud.com.
