Fauquier County is accepting sealed bids from VDOT Pre-Qualified Contractors to construct the Warrenton Branch Greenway Extension, Phase II, a Parks & Recreation project that includes Federal Transportation Enhancement Funds administered by VDOT. The IFB inclusive of the required Federal Provisions is available for download from this site (129 pgs, total); the Project Plan Set, Specifications/Project Manual and a Geotechnical Report, are all available on the Timmons Group, Inc., FTP site as provided on the cover page of the IFB and, noted below. An Optional Pre-Bid Conference, conducted via telephone, will be held starting at 10 a.m. July 7, 2020, details noted in the IFB.
