Request for Qualifications: Architectural Services

Burnet County is soliciting service providers to apply for the proposed Economic Development Administration (EDA) through the U.S. Department of Commerce Federal Funding Opportunity for The Economic Adjustment Assistance (EAA) program(s). Accordingly, Burnet County seeks to contract with a qualified architect to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, conduct all necessary interim and final inspections, carry out grant contract activities, environmental review, and construction management of Burnet County’s multi-purpose center project. Please electronically submit your Statement of Qualification (SOQ) in .pdf format via email to bids@burnetcountytexas.org or mail/hand deliver to 133 E. Jackson St. in Burnet, TX 78611. Statements of Qualifications must be received by no later than 2:00PM on October 13, 2022 to be considered. The Entity reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit SOQs and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
