THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue a solicitation. The notice does not commit the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to contract for any supply or service. The FMCSA is not at this time seeking proposals. Responders are advised that the FMCSA will not pay any cost incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP or RFQ. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the FMCSA. Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Support Service is currently available.
INDUSTRY RESPONSE
The FMCSA is seeking capability statements from industry in regards to the Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Support requirement.
This is a Small Business requirement. Submissions must be accompanied by a cover letter which identifies the company name, address, DUNS number, Point of Contact(s) (Name, title, email, and phone number), and socio - economic status, i.e. small disadvantaged, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged, HUBZone small, woman-owned small, veteran-owned small, service-disabled veteran-owned small - based upon NAICS Code 518210 " Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services" with a size standard of $32.5 Million.
Classified/Proprietary Information
Classified/Proprietary information shall not be submitted. Please be advised that all submissions become the property of the Federal Government, and will not be returned.
Response
Responses (limited to ten (10) page capability statement) single spaced, Times New Roman, no smaller than 12 pitch font. Drawing, diagrams and/or captions to pictures are limited to no smaller than 8 pitch font. All submissions must be made electronically (as described below), and be in either Adobe PDF or Microsoft Office Word. Responders are to describe in clear and concise language their capabilities to meet the Government's requirements set forth in this notice.
