This is the only time scheduled for a site visit. Bid documents are to be obtained from the City's e-Procurement Portal. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. Bid guaranty may be a cashier’s check, money order, certified bank check, or a surety bond. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited and reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award.
