Base proposals are due on August 25, 2022 at 2:00 pm and Alternate proposals are due the same day at 3:00 pm

CST, after which proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the GPISD Administration Building. Submissions must be delivered to the Capital Projects Department in the GPISD Administration Building, 14705 Woodforest Blvd., Houston, TX 77015, in a sealed envelope by the close date and time stated in this bid event. A Proposal Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal amount is required. The scope of work includes HVAC system upgrades at the campus including but not limited to AHU replacement, new ductwork and terminal units, VRF system for admin areas, pump replacement, new DDC controls, cooling tower refurbishment and creation of a separate boiler room in the existing central plant. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the GPISD Administration Building, on August 12, 2022 at 10:00 am. Attendance is highly recommended. Proposal Documents will be available on August 5, 2022 on the district website, and on the GPISD eBid system https://galenaparkisd.ionwave.net.
