Sources Sought- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Estimate.SEAL DELIVERY VEHICLE (SDV)  CYLINDER ASSEMBLY AND TESTINGSee DRAFT Statement of Work,  Test Certification, and one (1) drawing (Restricted Access)Synopsis of Work:3.1 FabricationThe Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, parts, and consumables required to fabricate ten (10) cylinder assembly in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7110006 Revision F01. Cylinder assembly must be altered from part number 303E-3X11-BC-WR-CS from Cage: OL437.  Must be serialized (serial number from Seal Deliver Vehicle CM, directions on drawing.  3.2 Testing and CertificationThe Contractor shall inspect, test, and certify each valve in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7110006 Revision F01. (CDRL A001) Test: K-302, Rev. D, reference Notes 4 and 8 on NAVSEA Drawing 7110006 Revision F01.End of synopsis.MUST INCLUDE TESTING AS PART OF THE ESTIMATE.  PARTIAL (CYLNDER FABRICATION ONLY WITHOUT TESTING CAPABILITIES) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Only small businesses will be accepted to access the drawings.
