6/15/2021NASA/KSC has received questions on the JPSS-2 Request for Proposal (RFP). Below is NASA/KSC responses and in the Attachments/Links titled "JPSS-2 -  RFP Questions and Responses".Preliminary LSSP JPSS-2 Req. 2622: Please confirm quantity. Are 20 rolls required or 150?Response:This is a typo in the Req. 2622. The requirement is to provide one hundred and fifty (150) rolls of silicone-free cleanroom tape and a dispenser (or scissors) in change room for securing of gloves to sleeves of cleanroom suits. Use LSP approved supplier and part number: Ultratape -2149 2"wide 24-vard Length or equivalent.Preliminary LSSP JPSS-2 Req. 4015: Please confirm that the 25’ door width requirement is only for a “side” door. Please verify that exiting through a “front” door (e.g. the same door used for transporter ingress) can be accomplished with a door that can accommodate the hardware width of 19.80’.Response:For 4015, “side door” is meant to indicate floor level door that can accommodate the
transporter to roll in, collect the encapsulated assembly (EA) and roll out. Whether it is a front, back, or side door doesn’t matter. The user prefers a door width of 25 feet, but requires enough width for the actual hardware size of 19.8’ width to pass.************************************************************************************************This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
