Solicitation Description: CACOST is seeking contract or agreement proposals from qualified providers for a renewal or migration and implementation services of a Cloud Hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system to replace the current Cloud Hosted VoIP products currently in use throughout the Agency. All proposals must be completed in accordance with all applicable standards, specifications, terms, and conditions as stated in the attached RFP. All proposals should provide CACOST with a hosted and secure Cloud Hosted VoIP solution and coordinate licensing, migration, and support, as detailed throughout the attached documents.
