The Berrien County Board of Education is accepting bids for Dell laptops with docking stations and imaging of the hard drives. All sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 PM on August 13, 2021. Please email greg.fiveash@berrien.k12.ga.us for questions. The subject line should be labeled SEALED BIDS. Please mail the sealed bid to the address PO Box 625, 810 S. Dogwood Drive, Nashville, GA 31639 with ATTN: Greg Fiveash/Sealed Bid
One laptop must be sent to the Berrien County Board of Education in order for the software to be installed on the hard drive for imaging. After the imaging has been completed the computer will be returned to the company in order to image the remaining laptops. The specs for the Dell laptops are listed below. The laptops must include a 3 year parts and labor replacement warranty.
Please note two different shipping addresses to this bid with the total laptops listed below for each school.
This bid is for 52 laptops for Berrien Elementary Schools with the specs listed below: These 52 laptops will be delivered to Berrien Elementary School, 802 Middle School Circle, Nashville, GA 31639, after imaging has been completed.
This bid is for 65 laptops for Berrien Primary School with the specs listed below: These 65 laptops will be delivered to Berrien Primary School, 1427 North Davis Street, Nashville, GA 31639, after imaging has been completed.
