Doyle Senior Center Approx. 11,400 square feet. located at 94 Davis Avenue in New Rochelle, New York 10805. The funds for this project are from a Community Development Block Grant; therefore, vendors must provide relative CDBG information with their bid response and comply with these requirements as provided herein. A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting will be held on Thursday April 18 th, 2024 2pm. The meeting will at the Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center 94 Davis Ave., New Rochelle, NY 10805. The Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged
