The County of Sonoma (County), is soliciting an Informal Bid for the HOOD COUGAR LANDING – TANK REPLACEMENT SITE CONSTRUCTION. BID SUBMISSION. Bidders must submit one (1) copy of their bid and all other required documents electronically via supplier portal no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Bids shall be for the total net price including all applicable charges. The County will not honor charges not recorded in your bid. Any bid received by the County after the Bid Deadline will not be opened. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: The County will conduct a pre-bid conference and site visit on Friday, February 23, 2024, for the purpose of acquainting all prospective bidders with the bid documents and work site. Attendance is mandatory, and any bidder that does not attend will be disqualified from work on the Project.
