Services to be performed will be located in general government, judicial, and detention facilities throughout Maricopa County. These projects will generally consist of small to medium sized tenant improvements as well as work related to building and building system maintenance and improvements. Services to be performed may include but are not limited to: • Space planning• Conceptual and budget studies• Code reviews and interpretations• Schematic design phase services• Design development phase services• Construction document phase services• Bid phase assistance• Construction administration services• Permitting assistance• Other services as required.
