The County of Yolo is requesting bids from qualified Suppliers to provide Cisco & APC Networking Equipment for the Yolo County Information Technology & Telecommunications Department per specifications outlined in this Invitation for Bid (IFB) 
 
Bidders who submit a response to this IFB must have the ability to meet the bid specifications and requirements, including the Purchase Order General Terms and Conditions contained in this IFB.  All bids are to be FOB Destination and Net 30 Payment Terms.
 
All questions regarding this IFB are to be directed to Karen Kawelmacher in the “Question & Answer,” section of this

solicitation.  Failure to adhere to this process may disqualify potential bidder.  The County is not responsible for any oral or written interpretations from any other person.
 
Please submit all quotes/bids electronically via BidSync.
 
The County of Yolo advises that interested parties periodically check the websites, including but not limited to BidSync, and/or other county links for modifications.
