Broken high voltage transformer caused a total system to shut down resulting in an installation wide power outage. Investigative services and repairs to high voltage power systems from building 101 transformer to downstream system are required to prevent another total system shut down. Contractor will conduct testing and make repairs as required to get Building 112 and Building 102 electrical systems
