Third Party Acceptance Testing (AT) of Transportation Security Equipment (TSE) under the Capability Acceptance Process (CAP) Program

The attached Policy outlines the process and criteria for vendors to become a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) certified third party tester (TPT) to support the Capability Acceptance Process (CAP) Program. Applicants may submit a package requesting TPT certification in accordance with the attached Policy to atr@tsa.dhs.gov for consideration.This is not a solicitation and responses to this Policy will not result in a TSA contract award.
