This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of all both large and small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services. The Defense Media Activity is seeking potential sources for Programming. This requirement allows DoD programing access to all: ASSOCIATED PRESS INC the contractor shall provide broadcast rights to its television programming licensed by ASSOCIATED PRESS INC to aired on various channels throughout the United States to AFN-BC to reproduce and distribute, provide live feeds or recorded copies of authorized programs and provide access to affiliate information data networks and/or websites License Agreement.It is anticipated that the estimated annual usage will be between 1,000 hours of television programing for each year.This is a SOURCES
