Evaluations will likely revolve around the implementation of programs/strategies that have a history of success in other venues. MPS is interested in pre-qualifying vendors to supply these services on an as-needed basis. Requested services would include (but not be limited to) evaluations of programs using scientifically sound quantitative and qualitative methods, design and execute appropriate evaluation designs and research/analytic methods, communicate, in

writing, the results of the evaluation, and provide reports for formative and summative evaluation as required by the funding agency and MPS.
