The purpose of this posting and the acceptance of questions is to assist with market research.  There will be future opportunities to ask questions and receive answers from the Government. A preproposal conference will be scheduled at a later date.  All final attachments will be provided at the time of the official RFP posting. Any questions or comments must be submitted NLT 29 September 2022 at 2:00 p.m. CDT. The CEHNC UESC program negotiates contracts with local electric, gas, and water utility companies through which the utility companies provide federal agency customers with comprehensive energy and water efficiency improvements and demand reduction services. UESC projects can encompass a broad range of energy conservation measures (ECMs), including system upgrades and re-commissioning, deep retrofit projects, renewable energy, cogeneration plants and microgrids.  UESC gives federal customers the flexibility to tailor a project to a customer’s energy needs and financing strategies.
