Solicitation Reference #: 28362-WEGTitle: Class 1 Printing for the Legislature both Senate and AssemblyAvailable Date: 10/1/2021Due Date: 11/4/2021 2:00:00 PMBid Synopsis: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to prepare and submit a bid for Class 1 Printing for the Legislature both Senate and Assembly for the State of Wisconsin.

The State, as represented by the Department of Administration, State Bureau of Procurement, intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for the above said printing per Chapter 35.05 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

This Request for Bid (RFB) will result in a mandatory Contract for printing miscellaneous jobs for the State of Wisconsin Legislature both Senate and Assembly. This includes printing on one or two sides by the sheet-fed lithographic process on coated or uncoated paper for flat and/or folded print jobs and on inkjet or small litho envelope production presses for pre-made envelopes.

This bid includes normal finishing operations such as padding, folding, scoring, and drilling and excludes binding. Quantities for flat and/or folded printing are from 100 to 100,000 and pre-made envelope printing quantities are from 100 to 50,000; however, quantities over the maximum amount may be requested, as agreed upon between the Contractor and an Authorized User.

All Price Charts are based on the submission of electronic artwork files by the Ordering Agency.

The Contractor is responsible for providing all materials and services necessary for and incidental to the manufacture and delivery of printed products as ordered, including insured shipping of the finished product, proofs, and the return of artwork and samples with invoices.Agency Contact:
