Notice: Intent to Award - Subsea Power Cable Manufacture, Delivery, and Installation: PacWave South

Pursuant to OSU Standard 03-015, OSU Construction Contracts Administration, a division of Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management (PCMM) issues this Notice of Intent to Award for Design-Build Agreement 2022-008669 ‘Subsea Power Cable Manufacture, Delivery, and Installation: PacWave South’ to the following Proposer: RT Casey LLC. This Notice of Intent to Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between OSU and the selected Proposer. The Proposer shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to OSU is executed. If the selected Proposer fails to execute a contract with OSU, OSU may revoke the award. OSU further reserves the right to cancel this notice of intent to award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract. Any Persons that claim to have been aggrieved by this award decision shall have the opportunity to submit an appeal of this contract award decision according to OSU Standard 03-015.
