Please note, included with the Solicitation is responses to all questions from the Draft Solicitation and a tracked changes version of the Draft Solicitation showing a majority of the updates made to the final Solicitation. The tracked changes version of the Draft Solicitation is provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon for offeror submissions. Solely rely upon the final Solicitation for offeror submissions.

This notice, posted on November 22, 2017, serves as a Synopses in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2.
The

acquisition schedule going forward is:
January 2, 2018 - Final RFP and responses to Draft RFP questions posted to FBO
January 17, 2018 - Questions on Final RFP due
February 8, 2018 - Proposals due

Jan 25, 2018 1:02 pm Amendment 1 released on January 25, 2018 includes the following: HR0011-18-R-0001 0001, HR0011-18-R-0001 0001 Conformed Solicitation, revised Attachment 1, revised Attachment 4, and Final RFP Responses to Questions.
Proposal due date is not changed.

Feb 01, 2018 10:15 am The purpose of Amendment 2, released on February 1, 2018, is to eliminate ambiguities caused by responses or changes from Amendment 1. The following areas of the Solicitation have been modified:
Section I, L-1.7, L-1.9, L-2.0 (Volume Organization), M-3.3, M-4.2.1, M-4.2.2, Table 4.2.2, M-4.2.3, M-4.2.4, Table 4.2.4, and Attachment 4. In addition, this Amendment responds to four questions received prior to the question deadline that were inadvertently left off "Final RFP Responses to Questions" in Amendment 1.
Proposal due date is not changed.

The purpose of Amendment 3, released on February 2, 2018, is to modify Section L-1.2 to extend proposal due dates to February 15, 2018. Although the government does not feel changes within Amendment 2 are material the government has decided to extend the proposal due date in order to afford all offerors an opportunity to compete for the changed requirements. In addition, this Amendment revises Attachment #4.
