NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 10/11/2023On August 23, 2023, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern infants on licensed premises-breastfeeding.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on September 11, 2023, and are effective on October 11, 2023. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations. The regulation changes will first appear in Register 248, January 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO’s website no later than 10/11/2023. https://www.commerce.alaska.gov/web/amco/ Kristina Serezhenkov Regulations Specialist Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office
