Stacey Chou schou@cityofirvine.org Bids to website Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting proposals to establish a contract for Fence Line and Community Air Quality Monitoring, with work to commence on or about December 1, 2022, and be completed on November 30, 2023. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Scope of Services in accordance with ATTACHMENT I, attached hereto. Other Details 1) Minimum three (3) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. Notes Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via PlanetBids no later than the date and time specified on the cover page of this RFP. No verbal requests or requests made in any other format will be accepted. Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. Requests submitted for City’s consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City’s RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications.
