Sealed bids for the Muscogee Nation of Florida Micro Farm Agritourism Project (Greenhouse) Revised will be received by the Muscogee Nation of Florida, Inc. at:                                               Muscogee Nation of Florida, Inc       Attn: Ann Tucker       278 Church Hill Road       Bruce, Florida  32455 Until 10:00AM Local Time on August 5, 2019 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the ITB.  The Muscogee Nation of Florida Micro Farm Agritourism project includes the items required to construct a new greenhouse on the Muscogee Nation of Florida, Inc. Property  (parcel 20-1N-04000-037-0000) located at 278 Church Road, Bruce, Florida 32455.  The project must include the items required to construct a greenhouse on a concrete pad according to state and local code. A Non-Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00AM on July 24, 2019 at the Muscogee Nation of Florida, Inc., 278 Church Road, Bruce, Florida  32455. To be considered vendor must submit an original and three (3) copies to address listed above, All questions are to be directed in writing to Ann Tucker with the Muscogee Nation of Florida, Inc. Directing questions to any other Muscogee nation of Florida, Inc. staff, project engineer or any other person is prohibited and will result in bid being disqualified. Questions must be submitted to Ann Tucker at muscogeefarm@gmail.com no later than 12:00Noon local time on July 31, 2019.   Bidder is responsible for the delivery of its bid.  Bids received after the specified date and time will not be opened.
