The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.502-2(b). This solicitation includes a requirement of a site visit at the NSWC Crane Lake Glendora Test Facility by each vendor that will be providing a competitive quote. Each vendor shall thoroughly review the specifications within the solicitation to ensure all requirements/instructions are followed.
