Closing Date: July 14, 2017 Description: LEGAL NOTICE LEWIS-MASON-THURSTON AREA AGENCY ON AGING Older Americans Act and Senior Citizens Services Act Funded Community Services A Request for Proposals (RFP) is being released by the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging (LMTAAA) for the following Older Americans Act services in Lewis, Mason and Thurston Counties in 2018: Congregate Nutrition Services Home-Delivered Nutrition Services Transportation Adult Day Care Legal Services This procurement is a competitive process. Applicants may include for-profit, non-profit or governmental entities, or individuals working on a paid or volunteer basis, that meets the provider qualifications. The RFP requires applicants to provide a detailed description of the proposed budget and mechanism for service delivery, specific details of the applicant’s experience, administrative structure, fiscal management and policies and procedures. One organization will be selected to provide each service in a given geographic area. Contracts are awarded on a calendar year basis, with an annual option to renew up to three (3) additional years, at the discretion of LMTAAA. LMTAAA is an Equal Opportunity Agency. LMTAAA reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received and to issue no contracts as a result of this RFP, if such a rejection is in LMTAAA’s best interest.
