REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Alabama Air National Guard - Dannelly Field, Montgomery AL, to identify potential vendors for a competitive requirement for food delivery service to Hoppa Valley, California. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available at this time.The 187 Fighter Wing located at Dannelly Field, Montgomery, AL, is requesting information, pursuant to FAR PART 10, in support of Market Research, to identify potential sources for the following requirement. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall deliver food necessary to provide three prepared meals daily. The period of performance of the contract action is 1 – 15

August 2023. Number of deliveries dependent upon the shelf life of food items chosen.PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Delivery to Hoppa Valley, CA at the Kimaw Medical Center. Please see link for more info on the site https://www.kimaw.org/.MEAL SCHEDULE: Three prepared meals daily during contract period. Food items will be pre-selected from contractor. Approximate servings per day is 210.*Note: Above dates and meals are subject to change at any time under the terms of the Change Clause, part II. Estimated Number of meals served at each meal is 70, which is subject to change depending on mission requirements. SCOPE OF WORK. The contractor shall furnish delivery of food items, necessary to provide cooked meals on site for the contract dates.The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 445110 other food service NAICS are also requested. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice with a capability statement not to exceed (NTE) two (2) pages and ensure your small business status is identified per listed NAICS code.
