The Alaska Board of Fisheries has adopted regulations resulting from the Arctic/Yukon/Kuskokwim Finfish Meeting that occurred in Anchorage from January 14-18, 2023 The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice and contain changes to commercial groundfish and shellfish fishing regulations. These regulations were resulting from Agenda Change Requests accepted by the Board of Fisheries at the October Work Session and deliberated and adopted by the Board of Fisheries at the Arctic/Yukon/Kuskokwim Finfish Meeting. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulations on February 2, 2023, and they become effective March 26, 2023.
