The County of Yolo is seeking a firm to conduct and After-Action Report on the County’s response regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and thus far into our recovery phase.   The After-Action report will focus on all jurisdictions within the Yolo County Operational Area as defined under the California Government Code Cal. Code Regs. Title 19, § 2409 – Operational Area Level, as outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).  
 
Added on May 20, 2022:The scope has been updated to include 3 tasks identified under the heading Additional Tasks.
 
Due to the change in Scope, the County has extended the Questions and Answers deadline to 27 May 2022.
