One method to seek bids and proposals for good and services is for the district to issue a "discount from your catalog list" bid in order to establish an awarded vendor list from which the District employees can purchase from on an as needed basis. It is the intent to award this bid to multiple vendors. This will give district employees the flexibility to contact the vendors who have the best value for a particular items. The Donna I.S.D. is requesting bids for discount proposals to be offered off your printed catalog price for
