WMATA is soliciting Vendors to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement whereby selected firms are prequalified to compete for Delivery Orders on "as as needed" and "as requested" basis within the scope of services as described in the RFP. Metro intends to pre-select up to five (5) qualified A/E firms.
