Local Time on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, for Herbicides and Pesticides for use by the Williams County, Ohio, Drainage and Highway Departments. Complete sets of proposal documents will be available for examination, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a. m. to 4:30 p. m. at the above-named office. There is no charge for proposal documents. The Owner intends that the materials in this proposal will be for use throughout the 2023 application season. The Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities in any proposal, and to accept any proposals or part there of which are deemed most favorable to the County.
