ISSUED WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2021The Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DCCED) received $90,000,000 for grant programs funded from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CSLFRF). DCCED does not have the in-house capacity to process these applications and is seeking proposals from qualified offerors who will be able to process applications and distribute the CSLFRF funds.Prior to the final appropriation DCCED issued Request for Information 210000016 to provide notice that DCCED was in the process of soliciting for qualified offerors to provide this service. This RFP largely mirrors the RFI, and as such DCCED has determined that a shortened posting period for this RFP is acceptable. An offeror need not have responded to the RFI to submit a proposal under this RFP, and respondents to the RFI must submit a proposal to this RFP to be considered for award.
