be manufactured in accordance with PD 77AESG-06-03A Dated 29 June 2018 (Women's) & PD 77AESG-06-01A Dated 29 June 2018 (Men's).  Procurement will be issued on a Small Business Set-Aside basis and will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following factors:  Product Demonstration Model (PDM) & Past Performance Confidence Assessment.  One award will be made for the total quantities listed above.Production Lead Time for tariff sizes is 120 days.Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.   Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments.
