Zion Child Development Center Platform Access Security System Summary: The City of Charleston Charleston is seeking proposals for expansion of the existing camera/surveillance system located within Zion Child Development Center, located at 1720 5th Ave, Charleston WV 25387. The following should be an outline of service components and requirements to be addressed by the proposer. The completed project should be turn-key, including all vendor provided equipment and installation materials, and fully operable at the project completion per the bid.
