IPTC requires an integrated environment that provides customization and tools consolidation to optimize performance, reduce remediation times, and guarantees uninterrupted ITSM services. The new system will allow for enhanced data collection, improved reporting capabilities, performance metrics, knowledge base sharing, asset management, and ITIL solutions.
